構造の説明
XBCディーゼルエンジン消火ポンプセットは、主にGB6245-2006「消火ポンプ」の標準要件に従い、ポンプ本体、ポンプカバー、インペラー、シャフト、シールリング、シャフトスリーブ、およびサスペンションベアリングコンポーネントで構成されています。
XBCディーゼルエンジンポンプのポンプ本体とポンプカバーは、インペラーの後ろから分割されており、一般にリアオープニング構造と呼ばれています。その利点は、メンテナンスが容易であることです。メンテナンス中は、ポンプ本体、吸入パイプライン、吐出パイプライン、およびモーターを移動する必要はありません。（延長）カップリングの中間接続部分を取り外すだけで、ローターコンポーネントを取り出してメンテナンスできます。
ポンプケーシング（つまり、ポンプ本体とポンプカバー）は、ポンプの作業室を構成します。インペラー、シャフト、および転がり軸受は、ポンプのローターです。サスペンションベアリングコンポーネントは、ポンプのローターコンポーネントをサポートし、転がり軸受はポンプからの半径方向および軸方向の力にさらされます。
