XW-ADL Water Supply Pump for Fire Pressurization and Pressure Stabilization
Product Description
XW-ADL Fire Pressurization and Pressure Stabilization Water Supply Equipment
Product Structure Description
The XBC diesel engine pump adopts a rear opening structure design, with the pump body and pump cover separated from the rear of the impeller. The advantage of this design is that it is easy to maintain: during equipment maintenance, there is no need to move the pump body, suction pipeline, discharge pipeline, and motor. Only the middle connecting parts of the coupling need to be disassembled to remove the rotor assembly for maintenance. The pump casing (including the pump body and pump cover) constitutes the working chamber of the pump. The impeller, shaft, and rolling bearings together form the rotor system of the pump. The suspension bearing assembly is responsible for supporting the rotor components of the pump, while the rolling bearings bear radial and axial loads from the pump. In terms of axial force balance, this equipment adopts a dual sealing design: most models are equipped with sealing rings before and after the impeller, and a balance hole is set on the rear cover plate of the impeller to balance the axial force. For pump types with low axial force, the sealing ring and balance hole design can be omitted on the back of the impeller.
