1. ナノスケールろ過の物理学

医療用超純水
透析や実験室での使用には、ROだけでは不十分です。2段階RO + EDI（電気脱イオン）は、18.2 MΩ・cmの抵抗率を達成します。EDIは、イオン交換と電界を組み合わせて化学薬品を使用せずにイオンを除去し、連続的な超純水の生成を可能にします。
