Main structure
Cylinder: Made of fiberglass reinforced plastic (GRP) or stainless steel material, formed through mechanical winding process, with excellent corrosion resistance and a service life of over 30 years.
Submersible pump: As the core power equipment, it adopts a fully submersible design, which can efficiently pressurize the liquid and lift it to the specified height.
Grille system: A basket grille or crushing grille is installed at the entrance of the pump station to effectively intercept or crush solid debris (such as plastic, fabric, etc.), thereby protecting the water pump from blockage or damage.
Intelligent control system: equipped with advanced intelligent control system, automatic start stop control of the water pump is achieved through liquid level sensors (float or ultrasonic), while supporting remote monitoring and fault alarm functions.
2, Working principle
Liquid reception: Sewage or rainwater enters the pump station through the inlet pipeline and is first filtered through a grid system for solid impurities.
Liquid level monitoring and control: The liquid level sensor monitors water level changes in real time. When the water level reaches the preset start-up threshold, the system automatically starts the submersible pump; When the water level is too high, the multi pump parallel operation mode can be automatically activated.
Liquid transportation: The submersible pump pressurizes the collected liquid and transports it to the municipal pipeline network or subsequent treatment facilities through stainless steel pipes.
Intelligent regulation: Using frequency conversion control technology, the water pump speed is automatically adjusted according to actual flow requirements to achieve energy-saving operation (energy-saving efficiency can reach 15% -30%); The system has automatic shutdown and fault self start functions to ensure operational reliability.
