Core technical characteristics

The direct drive structure design allows the impeller to be directly installed on the long axis extension end of the motor, and the pump body and motor adopt an optimized bearing configuration scheme. This precise mechanical layout can effectively counteract radial and axial loads during operation, ensuring smooth operation of the pump body, low vibration amplitude to industry standards, and noise control reaching a silent level.
The full working condition sealing system adopts mechanical shaft sealing technology and comes standard with imported titanium alloy sealing rings. Specially configured with hard alloy material sealing components for medium and high temperature working conditions, excellent wear resistance is achieved through surface strengthening treatment process, ensuring zero leakage sealing effect of the medium, and suitable for temperature range covering conventional industrial scenarios.
Convenient maintenance design, innovative quick disassembly structure design, installation and maintenance process without dismantling the pipeline system. Simply remove the fixing screws of the pump body to extract the rotating component assembly as a whole, greatly reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
The flexible working condition adaptation mode supports switching between series or parallel operation modes of pump units through an intelligent control system based on actual flow and head requirements.
