Maintain a constant pressure
When the pressure in the municipal water supply network fluctuates, causing the pressure value to be lower than the normal pressure value and the inflow volume temporarily being less than the outflow volume, the system automatically shuts down the pressure stabilizing device to an appropriate position and starts the pressure-increasing device to take water from multiple points for pressurization. Once the inlet pressure reaches the normal pressure value of the municipal water supply network, it ensures that the water volume at the equipment's inlet is sufficient to meet the water demand of users.
2. Highly automated
The system can achieve fully automatic control and features manual/automatic switching, regular rotation of the main and auxiliary pumps, pressure adjustment, constant pressure, high and low voltage protection, phase loss protection, leakage protection, overload protection, overheat protection, water shortage protection, shutdown when no water is used, and instantaneous trip protection, among other functions. In addition, a human-machine interface can be configured according to user requirements for visual remote adjustment, monitoring and maintenance.

4. Stacked operation saves costs
The system ensures constant pressure in the pipeline by adjusting the number of sets put into operation and the operating speed according to changes in water consumption. When water consumption is high, the input power is large; when water consumption is low, the input power is small. When the water consumption is low (such as at night), the system uses low-power pumps for variable frequency speed regulation and constant pressure water supply. The system has been operating at the high-efficiency point all the time. Thus, the operating costs have been greatly reduced. It can save more than 60% of energy.
5. Backwashing function
The equipment is equipped with a backwashing control function. After the water tank has been in use for a period of time, the system uses the high-pressure water from the water pump to regularly flush the water tank and simultaneously discharge the water containing impurities to ensure that no dirt forms inside the water tank and to guarantee the cleanliness of the water used by users.
