Real time collection of pipeline pressure (accuracy ± 0.5% FS) through high-precision pressure sensors, data transmission to PLC controller for comparison with set pressure value (such as 0.4MPa), intelligent calculation by PID algorithm, and driving frequency converter to dynamically adjust water pump speed:
Water peak: When the water consumption surges and the pressure drops, the water pump automatically accelerates (frequency increases) to quickly replenish the pressure in the pipeline network;
