Core structure
Cylinder: Made of fiberglass reinforced plastic (GRP) or stainless steel material, machine wound and formed, with strong corrosion resistance and a lifespan of over 30 years.
Submersible pump: the core power equipment that operates fully submerged in water, achieving liquid pressurization and lifting.
Grille system: The entrance is equipped with a basket grille or crushing grille to intercept or crush solid debris (such as plastic, fabric) and protect the water pump.
Intelligent control system: automatically starts and stops the water pump through liquid level sensors (float/ultrasonic), supports remote monitoring and fault alarm.
Auxiliary components: including top cover (with safety lock), anti floating base, service platform, ventilation system, and stainless steel pipes.
2, Principle
Liquid collection: Sewage/rainwater enters the pump station through pipelines and solid impurities are filtered through a grid.
Liquid level trigger: The sensor monitors the liquid level and starts the submersible pump when it reaches the set height; Ultra high liquid level can trigger parallel operation of multiple pumps.
Boosting discharge: After the liquid is pressurized by the water pump, it is transported to the municipal pipeline network or treatment facilities through stainless steel pipes.
Intelligent control: Variable frequency technology adjusts the speed of the water pump according to the flow rate, saving 15% to 30% energy; Automatically shut down when water supply is stopped, and automatically start when restored.
