The automatic water supply equipment is a new type of water supply equipment without a tower, consisting of three major parts: the pump unit control equipment and the pressure-increasing and pressure-stabilizing equipment. The water supply capacity is determined by the water pump unit, and the coordinated operation of the system is controlled by the control system. The main function of the pressure-increasing and pressure-stabilizing equipment is to store energy and maintain pressure, deal with a small amount of water supply and normal pipeline leakage, and it is also an indispensable part of implementing automatic control. When a large amount of water is used, the pressure in the pipe network drops and the water pump starts automatically to supply water.
Automatic water supply equipment can be classified into pneumatic automatic water supply equipment and variable frequency adjustable constant pressure water supply equipment based on different working modes, each with its own characteristics. It is widely applied in various fields such as daily life, fire protection, production, and sprinkler systems.
Pumps are the foundation of water supply equipment and the fundamental guarantee for water supply equipment to demonstrate its water supply capacity. Pumps that are matched with water supply equipment are universal and can be of various flow rates and suitable head ranges. According to the requirements of flow rate and head range, the product can be operated in parallel with 1 to 4 or more water pumps. The water pump unit and another set of pressure-increasing and pressure-stabilizing power supply equipment (water flow pump set) are used to switch and operate with the main pump within a small flow range to improve efficiency and further reduce energy.
According to the different working methods of the equipment, it can be classified into various forms such as living type, fire-fighting type, sprinkler type and common models for both living and fire-fighting.
