Intelligent discard and efficient filtering
The device is equipped with an automatic discarding unit, which can accurately remove rainwater with high pollution concentration in the early stage of rainfall (usually the first 2-5mm), and intercept it in multiple stages through stainless steel grids, media filters or biological filters, effectively removing sediment, leaves, oil and colloidal impurities. The filtration accuracy reaches 50-300 μ m, the effluent turbidity is ≤ 3NTU, and the SS removal rate is ≥ 90% 4610.
Fully automatic operation and low maintenance design
Adopting gravity based valve free filtration or hydraulic self-cleaning technology, the backwashing process does not require electric drive and is automatically triggered by the siphon principle. After discharge, it resets and achieves unmanned operation.
The backwash intensity is high (12-15L/m ² · s), taking only 4-6 minutes, and supporting forced flushing mode to cope with sudden water quality changes.
Modular structure and strong adaptability
The water storage module is made of PP polypropylene material, with a load-bearing capacity of ≥ 40 tons/m ². The grid assembly design has a water storage rate of over 95% and can be buried underground to save space.
The shell is made of corrosion-resistant PE or steel anti-corrosion materials, suitable for low temperature environments of -30 ℃, with a lifespan of over 10 years
