Integrated oil-water separation treatment equipment is generally composed of three parts:
1. Primary separation bin (Dregs Bin)
2. Secondary separation bin
3. Tertiary treatment silo (sewage lifting silo)
Primary separation bin(Dregs Bin)
Catering wastewater makes it way into the oil/water separation equipment and then flow into the primary separation bin (dregs bin) through the pipe. Inside the bin, there is such a filter screen that the solid and large particles in the restaurant wastewater will stay, while the liquid will flow down and enter the next stage. The solid matter will be pumped out of the bin by slag removal equipment driving its spiral blades and go into the slag collection drum to achieve solid-liquid separation.
Secondary separation bin
Oil-water separation system: its cone structure makes the oil layer concentrated in the small space above, and the thickness of the oil layer can be reflecting the time of oil discharge through the sight glass.
Tertiary treatment silo

After oil-water separation, the remaining sewage, through the pipe, is finally concentrated in the sewage lifting bin, and lifted and discharged out by submersible pumps. The silo is equipped with an automatic coupling device for easy disassembly and
installation of the pump, and the outlet pipe is equipped with a ball-type check valve to prevent backflow of sewage and prevent blockage. The pumps are automatically started and stopped by means of water-drop floats, so that there is no need for personnel to
stay on duty.
