Application

  1.Sealing properties:  Adoption of gasket and pressure buckle form, integrated sealing, completely guarantee the odor will not leak out to pollute the environment.
  2.Solid-liquid separation:  Adopting non-clogging and cleaning-free solid-liquid separation device, automatic cleaning function of the grid hole, slag transfer function, grid distance ≤ 4mm.
  3.Oil-water separation:  Adoption of automatic air-float oil removal device, which can effectively separate oil and grease, and the separation efficiency can reach 90-97%.
  4.Deep filtration: Equipped with dosing and filtration function, it can carry out deep filtration treatment for wastewater, so that the effluent water quality can reach a higher standard.
  5.Oil and grease collection: Fully automatic scraping oil collection with stable performance and no pipe clogging problem.
  6.Oil collection container: Adoption of built-in fully sealed stainless steel oil collection tank with strong oil resistance, large capacity and long cleaning cycle.
  7.Drainage method : Adopts automatic screw stirring device with automatic stirring function, which can prevent the grease from solidifying, and at the same time, automatically conveying the dirty oil.
  8.Heating performance: It adopts full-automatic temperature-controlled heater, which can be started and stopped automatically according to the water temperature to ensure that it will not freeze and solidify in winter.
  9.Performance monitoring: Equipped with automatic fault alarm and oil level alarm function, meanwhile remote monitoring is available.
  10.Control system: Adoption of intelligent integrated circuit control system, ABS fireproof control box, fully automatic operation and intelligent remote control.
