MBR membrane bioreactor wastewater treatment system
The MBR Membrane Bio Reactor sewage treatment system is an integrated sewage treatment equipment that combines efficient membrane separation technology with bioreactors. Through the precise interception of 0.1-0.01 μ m ultrafiltration membranes and the deep degradation synergistic effect of activated sludge process, it achieves efficient treatment of "water purification+sludge water separation". The effluent quality far exceeds traditional processes and is widely applicable to high concentration organic wastewater treatment, reclaimed water reuse, and strict discharge standard scenarios.

Dual purification synergistic effect
Biodegradation unit: By utilizing anaerobic/aerobic microbial communities (such as nitrifying and denitrifying bacteria) to decompose organic pollutants such as COD, BOD5, and ammonia nitrogen in water, the degradation rate can reach over 90%;
Membrane separation unit: Hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane directly intercepts suspended solids (SS), colloids, bacteria (removal rate ≥ 99.9%), and viruses (removal rate ≥ 99.99%), with effluent turbidity ≤ 0.5NTU and suspended solids concentration approaching zero, achieving efficient solid-liquid separation without the need for a secondary sedimentation tank.
