作業原理
基本操作メカニズム
システムでは,圧力を設定された範囲内で維持するために,圧力センサーを使用して,パイプラインネットワークの圧力をリアルタイムで監視します. 具体的な作業流程は以下のとおりです:
正常運転状態
パイプラインネットワークの圧力はP1 (低圧) とP2 (高圧) の間で維持されます
圧力維持ポンプは,圧力変化に応じて自動的に起動し,停止
圧縮処理
圧力がP1に低下すると,圧力の維持ポンプは自動的に起動
圧力がP2に戻ると,圧力の維持ポンプは自動的に停止
高流量需要応答
圧力がさらにP3 (最低圧) まで低下すると:
(a) 電気ポンプの自動起動
圧力が Pw (水供給圧) に反転する
c) 消防用水の需要を満たす
停電時の反応
主電源の切断または電気ポンプの不具合の場合:
a) 圧力はP4 (最終圧) に達するまで減少し続けます
(b) ディーゼルポンプの自動起動
(c) 圧力はPwに反転する
d) 消防水供給の復旧
