製品紹介
消火圧力安定化装置は、ダイヤフラム式空気圧タンク、消火ブースターポンプ、電気制御ボックス、計器、パイプライン付属品などで構成されています。 多層および高層ビルで加圧を必要とする消火栓給水システムおよび自動スプリンクラー消火システムに適しています。
毎日の圧力安定化:
消火ネットワークは、バルブの微小漏れ（1日あたり1％〜3％の水漏れなど）により、圧力が徐々に低下します。1.圧力が下限（P3 = 0.26MPaなど）まで低下すると、消火ブースターおよび圧力安定化ポンプが自動的に起動して圧力を補充します。上限（P4 = 0.31MPaなど）まで上昇すると停止します。
空気圧タンクは「圧力バッファ」として機能します。内部のゴム製ダイヤフラムが空気と水を分離し、ネットワークが減圧されるとエアバッグが膨張して水を押し出し、圧力を補充し、ポンプの頻繁な起動と停止を減らします（1時間あたり≤15回）。
火災時の緊急事態:
火災が発生した場合、消火栓は大量の水を使用するため、圧力が急激に低下します。圧力が消火メインポンプの起動値（P2 = 0.16MPa）まで低下すると、装置はすぐに信号を送信して消火メインポンプを起動し、同時に圧力安定化ポンプが停止します。空気圧タンクに貯蔵された300Lの水（約30秒の使用）は、火災水をできるだけ早く噴霧して、黄金の火災を消火することを保証します。
