消火圧力安定化装置は、高層ビルの消火システムの「心臓モニター」であることをご存知ですか？圧力安定化ポンプ、ダイヤフラム空気圧タンク、インテリジェント制御キャビネットで構成されています。その主な任務は、消火ネットワークの圧力を24時間安定に保つことです。
毎日の圧力安定化：
消火ネットワークは、バルブの微小漏れ（1日あたり1％〜3％の水漏れなど）により圧力が徐々に低下します。1. 圧力が下限（P3 = 0.26MPaなど）に達すると、消火ブースターおよび圧力安定化ポンプが自動的に起動して圧力を補充します。上限（P4 = 0.31MPaなど）まで上昇すると停止します。
空気圧タンクは「圧力バッファ」として機能します。内部のゴム製ダイヤフラムが空気と水を分離し、ネットワークが減圧されるとエアバッグが膨張して水を押し出し、圧力を補充し、ポンプの頻繁な起動と停止を減らします（1時間あたり15回以下）。
火災時の緊急対応：
火災が発生すると、消火栓が大量の水を使用し、圧力が急激に低下します。圧力が消火メインポンプの起動値（P2 = 0.16MPa）に低下すると、装置は直ちに信号を送信して消火メインポンプを起動し、同時に圧力安定化ポンプが停止します。空気圧タンクに貯蔵された300Lの水（約30秒間の使用）により、火災水をできるだけ早く噴霧して、黄金の火を消火することができます。
