はじめに
給水システムは、国民の生産と生活に不可欠で重要な部分です。従来の給水方法は広い面積を占有し、水質汚染を起こしやすく、多くのインフラ投資が必要であり、主な欠点は水圧を一定に保てないため、一部の機器が正常に動作しないことです。可変周波数速度制御技術は、ACモーター向けの新しい成熟した無段階速度制御技術であり、その独特で優れた制御性能により、速度制御の分野、特に給水業界で広く使用されています。安全な生産と給水品質の特別なニーズにより、一定の圧力給水圧力に対する厳格な要件があるため、周波数変換速度制御技術はより深く適用されています。
フィードバック後、パイプラインネットワークの実際の圧力が設定圧力と比較されます。パイプラインネットワークの圧力が不足している場合、周波数変換器は出力周波数を上げ、ウォーターポンプの速度が上がり、給水が増加し、パイプラインネットワークの圧力が上昇します。逆に、ウォーターポンプの速度が遅くなると、給水が減少し、パイプライン内の圧力が低下し、一定の圧力給水が維持されます。
