Main structure

1.High-Strength Corrosion-Resistant Structure: Customized tank body made of Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GRP), High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), or 304/316L stainless steel, with a maximum ring stiffness of SN16000. It features excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance (suitable for sewage environments with pH 4-10) and a design service life of over 30 years. Capable of withstanding road traffic loads and complex geological settlement, it operates stably in high-corrosion scenarios such as coastal areas and industrial parks.

2.Efficient Hydraulic System: Flow rate ranges from 50 to 5000 m³/h, and head from 5 to 30 meters, precisely matching municipal engineering, buildings, industrial production, and other application scenarios. Equipped with large-channel anti-clogging submersible sewage pumps and grinding/basket-type bar screens, the head loss across the screen is ≤0.5m, completely avoiding pipe blockages caused by debris.

3.Ultra-Short Construction Cycle: Core components (water pumps, pipelines, control systems, etc.) are prefabricated and integrated in the factory. On-site hoisting and wiring can be completed in only 1-3 days, shortening the construction cycle by more than 70% compared with traditional concrete pumping stations and significantly reducing the impact on surrounding traffic and the environment.

4.Ultimate Space Utilization: Covers only 1/3 of the area of traditional concrete pumping stations, supporting customized design with diameter 1-3.5m and height 2-15m. It can be flexibly deployed in compact scenarios such as old urban areas, underground spaces, and narrow road sections.

5.Full-Scenario Adaptability: Covers diverse scenarios including municipal drainage, building underground space drainage, industrial park wastewater treatment, and township sewage treatment. It can meet multiple functional needs such as rainwater-sewage separation, waterlogging prevention, and sewage lifting.

Working principle

Liquid reception: Sewage or rainwater enters the pump station through the inlet pipeline and is first filtered through a grid system for solid impurities.

Liquid level monitoring and control: The liquid level sensor monitors water level changes in real time. When the water level reaches the preset start-up threshold, the system automatically starts the submersible pump; When the water level is too high, the multi pump parallel operation mode can be automatically activated.

Liquid transportation: The submersible pump pressurizes the collected liquid and transports it to the municipal pipeline network or subsequent treatment facilities through stainless steel pipes.

Intelligent regulation: Using frequency conversion control technology, the water pump speed is automatically adjusted according to actual flow requirements to achieve energy-saving operation (energy-saving efficiency can reach 15% -30%); The system has automatic shutdown and fault self start functions to ensure operational reliability.
